Overton High School will have the following new teachers:

OHS is currently building a new gym and completely renovating the football field and improving the football field practice area.  This new construction will also include a parking lot for students and teachers.  OISD will enter its new Life Skills classrooms this fall for the first time.  Renovations will be ongoing at the middle school and elementary.

OHS will be adding additional courses to the academic schedule:  Shakespeare, Environmental Systems, and History 1302-1302 (Kilgore College Dual Credit course). OHS students now have the opportunity to earn 18 college credits on the Overton campus during their senior year.
