Agenda of Special School Board Meeting
Overton ISD Board of Trustees

A special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Overton ISD will be held May 6,2008,
beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Overton ISD cafeteria, 501 E. Henderson, Overton, TX.

1. Call to Order

2. Closed Meeting/Executive Session: The Board will enter Executive Session and hold a
Closed Meeting as per Texas Government Code Section 551.071 and 551.074 and pursuant
to district policy. Items to be discussed include, but are not limited to:

2.1 Dinner meeting with superintendent/CEO applicant
2.2 Board interviews superintendent/CEO applicant
2.3 Board discusses superintendent/CEO aplicant

3. Adjournment

If during the course of the meeting, discussion an any item on the agenda should be held in
a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open
Meetings Act, Texas Govt. Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E.
