A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Overton ISD will be held April 28, 2008, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Overton High School Library, 501 E. Henderson, Overton, Texas.

1. Call to Order

2. Members Present

3. Closed Meeting/Executive Session: The Board will enter Executive Session and hold a Closed Meeting as per Texas Government Code Section 551.071 & 551.074 and pursuant to district policy. Items to be discussed include, but are not limited to:

3.1. Discussion of Superintendent/CEO applicants

4. Adjournment

If during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Govt. Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D&E.
