6.3   Consider /Approve Update on School Building Project and Consider Request for  
         Payment
6.4  Consider/Approve Report on the Softball Field Construction Project
6.5  Consider/Approve Update on Proposal to Pursue Funds Through the Instructional
       Facilities Allotment for New Construction
6.6  Consider/Approve Proposal to  Designate a Portion of the School’s Fund Balance For
